Tie-dye and blankets

I worked feverishly in February to finish a blanket for my sister for her birthday.  I had made her one about 10 years ago, which now looks like a 10 year-old well-loved blanket.  So I decided this was the year to knit her another one. I used the machine for the main panels, and hand crocheted the edges.

Speaking of my sister, we had a marathon tie-dyeing session last week.  Mostly we dyed t-shirts, but we also made some lovely sheet sets, too.
